Who or what group has contacted you?

Definitely Greys/ short and tall as the main group and a Nordic(?)2nd most common- (All I can recall regarding her features would be her HUGE deep blue eyes and long eyelashes.)

as well as what appeared to be a black man with Bi-focals or goggles that just stared at me through the dark while in SoCal after seeing a UFO like a cluster of balloons.

Also an entity that I never got a look at besides seeing a shadow flittering from my left then to my right and then across in front of me. then hearing outside my door, what sounded like a cats hiss but in a VOCAL tone. my impression was it was upset that I wouldn't "come out to play"

When was your first contact? Also how often does contact take place?

during the last 3 months of 2009 through the first 3 months of 2010, but pretty much on a weekly basis. any symptom latter described was weekly. then sporadically through 2010. my first real contact took place in my back yard while having a cigarette. Standing in my doorway, back against the door outside, I hear what can only be descibed as 3 reversed hick-ups followed by 3 clicks. (like gasping for air and using sonar simultaniously. Looking over my left shoulder to my neighbors-neighbors' balcony, I just see something that looked glowingly white. next thing I new I was staring at the cover of whitley streibers book communion LIVE IN THE FLESH! we just stared at each other for a good 15-20 seconds, or for the duration of: "WTF was that?.... Oh... my... god!... Am I seeing what I'm seeing?......tell me I'm not seeing what I'm seeing?...... Am I seeing what I'm seeing?".......

Do you have any evidence or proof of your contact?

after one contact, every tooth in my mouth ached as if I'd been in a freezer (cold environmnt)(space)

Anther time, upon awakening my jaw ached as if I'd been punched in the jaw.(along with swelling)

And I still have the scars on my hips from some type of tie down strap. more proof?....Go out and skywatch and watch how "some stars" blink or get brighter when a plane fly's by.

Describe your contacts traits if you can. What are they like?

You know they're around by the energy that they give off. Playful, highly curious. Definitely took an interest in my girlfriends collection of purses. Loving, VERY loving; although this may or may NOT be a trait, here goes: when Its really foggy, their ships could be sitting in your backyard and you wouldn't know it until a flash of blue light lets you know. and they do hide in clouds.

What was the primary message or messages of note of your contact(s)?

The only thing that I ever heard telepathically was "submit". I was lying in bed, and I heard a womans voice say "submit". So I was lying there in bed thinking, "did I just hear someone say submit? Submit to what? I not submitting to anything". then a week later -please re-read my "evidence or proof of contact". So jumping ahead here: [after all this] "submit" would more or less be "cooperate".

What are some of the things you have learned from your contact, if anything?

They are US!! and Devine love would be equivalent to the....hard to explain here. lets just say that when they activate your pleasure gland it is to the 1,000th degree. I have been on a love HIGH. extreme love. and when it fades, its almost like a depression until your emotions level out again. (it will take months)

Have your contacts affected your body, chakras, soul, consciousness, etc that you know of?

After my experience during the "love HIGH" they best way to descibe the giddyness would be as if I was always in a super -super good mood, yet "stuck on stupid". not being able to think straight, not able to formulate my thoughts quickly and be totally happy about that. I felt too good to care.

I recall the humming sound coming from the ship over the house.

The fear I felt while in their presence, was NOT MY FEAR, But THEIR fear projected onto me.

and the visions given to me...not sure what it meant but It was of a man with deep red eyes, then a baby that looked but didn't look like a baby, and hearing a extreme roar and seeing water crest over the top of a 12 story building in apocalyptic proportions. Do I need an unsinkable boat?

and seeing a UFO acting exited or erratic, just to prior to the gas explosion in San Bruno,ca.

Born and raised in the SF bay area. I've had experiences as a kid but brushed then off until my maturity caused me to take a second look at those. I woke up from a VERY vivid/lucid dream in which it began with me waking up in the morning, going through the day, coming home doing chores, talking on the telephone, going to dance that night, missing the bus going home, catching a cab, and having to walk a mile and a half to get home due to not having enough$$$ for the cab. during the walk home I would stay mentally occupied by watching my shadow jump ahead, counter clockwise to my left as I would pass under the light , and watching it jump in front of me again, but something else in the shadow jumped in front of me. Turning around and seeing the most strangest creature, I wake up still hearing the echo of my screaming bounce off the wall of my bedroom, then while awake see a silohette of the same thing as in my dream but now in my room. staring at me, and then appeared to smile or grin at me like with a sly smile. I did see its teeth! I will say, the sillohette was of a bigfoot. just not as tall but as big and wide as the door itself. big head, broad shoulders, thick muscular legs, and the colagate smile. I bring this up only because the shadow was there nightly for at least a year thereafter, it just never interacted with me again.
